Adam has over 17 years of experience developing products for the medical, consumer, and automotive industries. Has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University where he concentrated in design.
As the principal of Gold Product Development, Adam has led numerous projects from concept through production. He has also served in various R&D leadership roles to develop a wide range of products. His broad experience includes work in:

Outside of the medical arena, Adam co-founded Adaptiv Technologies, an innovative motorcycle products company, where he currently serves on the board.
Peter Schon
Co-Founder | Research & Design
Peter is the vice-chair of the NYC chapter of the Industrial Designers Society of America and has 15 year's experience conducting research, design and user testing for medical products in areas ranging from single use surgical devices to large electromechanical products. While his formal education was as an industrial designer, he has extensive professional experience designing and managing the design of complex and highly interactive user interfaces. His broad professional experience includes work on:
femoral closure devices
vessel harvesting systems
patient-worn telemetry systems
modular patient monitoring systems
anesthesia systems
ultrasound devices
His more recent work includes mobile design and user-testing for consumer-facing health-care apps as well as design of the systems and services that they connect to.
Marty Madden
Electrical/Software Engineering
Marty is a seasoned Electrical and Software Engineer with over 30 years of experience. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Along they way, Marty has worked at Norden, Lorad Medical and Pitney Bowes. Marty's expertise includes:
